What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best print quality, please submit files in PDF format with bleed and crop marks.
What is bleed and why do I need it?
Bleed is an extra 0.125 inch border around your design that gets trimmed off during production. It ensures your design extends to the edge without white borders.
How long does printing take?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Rush options available for 1-2 business day turnaround. Same-day printing available in NYC.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping options also available at checkout.
Can I get a proof before printing?
Yes, digital proofs are available upon request. Simply add a note during checkout or contact our support team.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, we will reprint or refund. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track by logging into your account and visiting My Orders section.
